    Position Summary: 


    The position of Sales Development Executive is to engage customers and generate interest in TransPerfect products and services. The Sales Executive Team team will make the initial client contact and hand off the prospect once interest is established and or once an appointment has been made.


    Position responsibilities:

    • Develops sales opportunities by through cold calling prospective clients.
    • Call backs to “Click to Call” requests
    • Respond to Live Chat requests
    • Acquire accurate prospective client data including names, titles, phone numbers, addresses and various other information.
    • Developing initial pipeline and work activities in
    • Utilize social skills and standing to best represent TransPerfect in order to make a positive impression on prospective clients
    • Constantly represent TransPerfect to all contacts to best create a positive brand and generate interest through word-of-mouth marketing strategies
    • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times with prospective clients
    • Utilize creative skills to improve various processes within the Telemarketing team
    • Research and understand all industries that TransPerfect markets to including industry leaders, current events and any other pertinent data
    • Be knowledgeable in the translation industry including leaders, competitive data, proposal formats, competitive rates and marketing strategies
    • Perform other special projects or duties when required

    We are seeking candidates who are native or near native in English, German, French, Danish, Dutch - all candidates must have a high level of English.

    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

    • At least one year’s sales/business development experience in a B2B environment
    • Proven record of success achieving and exceeding quotas.
