  • Responsabilités seeks a Director of Business Development to engage clients and generate interest in Media & Entertainment technology and services. The Director of Business Development will make the initial client contact, relationship development and achieve sales target goals. 


    Experience start-up momentum within an established $617M translation company and be part of building innovative technology solutions to service the entertainment industry’s localization needs.



    • Develop new client relationships via cold calling, networking, market research, and trade shows
    • Identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities within the entertainment vertical
    • Develop an effective understanding of the competitive advantages of’s Media & Entertainment solutions
    • Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the client services
    • Manage and control pricing and contractual terms by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures and systems

    Responsibilities include:

    • Achieve growth and sales targets
    • Execute a strategic sales plan that grows customer base and spend across several functions within the client organization
    • Understand clients’ needs and be a partner to provide creative solutions to their problems
    • Build and establish client relationships



    • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university
    • Channel distribution experience a plus but not mandatory
    • Good understanding of entertainment landscape
    • Technology sales experience a plus but not mandatory
    • Previous experience in being successful in sales by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
    • Good analytical skills needed to project revenues, monitor budgets and other necessary calculations
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
